1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2005 No. 285 "About some questions of the organization of work with the book of notes and offers and modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
to exclude from the name of the word "both modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"In pursuance of item 4 of Article 12, No. 300-Z "About addresses of citizens and legal entities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 1 and Item 5 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue, maintaining and storage of the book of notes and offers it (is applied).";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine:
form of the book of notes and offers according to appendix 1;
the list of spheres of realization by the organizations, individual entrepreneurs of goods, performance of works, rendering services in which the book of notes and offers, according to appendix 2 is kept.";
