About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2021 No. 646

For the purpose of enhancement of the operating mechanisms of implementation of ministerial procedures the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2021 No. 646 "About decrease in administrative loading and digitalization of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. to add preamble after the words "subjects of managing" with words ", to enhancement of mechanisms of implementation of ministerial procedures concerning citizens";

1.2. to add Item 1 after the words "subjects of managing" with the word", citizens";

1.3. in Item 2:

to state part one of subitem 2.1 in the following edition:

"2.1. the specialized agency introduces in accordance with the established procedure to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus the offers on decrease in administrative loading, transfer of ministerial procedures in electronic form approved with bodies regulators of the corresponding ministerial procedures and also:

with the Ministry of Economics - concerning subjects of managing;

with the Ministry of Justice - concerning citizens.";

in subitem 2.4:
