About modification of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges"

1. "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, of Art. 545 with subsequent changes) to add the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Item 3-2 of the following content:
"3-2. Determine that in case of liquidation of District administrative court of the city of Kiev of provision of part six of article 147 of this Federal Law transfers of legal cases to them are applied to procedure for the termination of implementation of justice by court which is liquidated and taking into account the features determined by the Law of Ukraine "About liquidations of District administrative court of the city of Kiev and formation of the Kiev city district administrative court".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
