About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of internal combustion engines

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of the internal combustion engines classified by code 8408 20 990 4 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 8408 20 990 4 of the CN FEA EEU to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<54C>" with the reference "<74C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 74C of the following content:

"<74C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2023 till 31.03.2024 inclusive.";
