Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2019 No. 396 "About the public company on forming of complex system of the address with solid utility waste "The Russian ecological operator" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 15, the Art. 1763).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2019 No. 396

1. In Item 7 of the Regulations on the supervisory board of the public company on forming of complex system of the address with solid utility waste "The Russian ecological operator" approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation" "the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation".

2. In Item 24 of the charter of the public company on forming of complex system of the address with solid utility waste "The Russian ecological operator" approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation" "the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation".
