About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 36
Based on Item 2 of Article 7, of Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 334-Z "About legal profession and lawyer activities in the Republic of Belarus", the paragraph of the fifth subitem 6.21 of Item 6 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 36 "About the Register of lawyers, legal advice bureaus" the following changes:
in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the Register of lawyers, legal advice bureaus approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word to "issue of special permissions (licenses)" shall be replaced with words "provision of licenses";
in paragraph three of Item 6 and the paragraph the sixth Item 7 of the word to "licensing" shall be replaced with words "provision of the license";
to state part one of Item 11 of the Instruction on procedure for inclusion of lawyers of foreign states in the Register of lawyers, legal advice bureaus approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"11. By results of the conducted interview the Qualification commission makes the decision on inclusion or on refusal in inclusion of the lawyer of foreign state in the Register of lawyers and announces it to the lawyer of foreign state.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
