The amount of means for payment of the remuneration which is subject to payment for the accounting period is calculated by means of multiplication of sales price of unit of equipment and material carriers by the size of means for payment of the remuneration established by the organization managing property rights on collective basis for the equipment and material carriers, and also on quantity of units realized the equipment and material carriers during the accounting period.".
2. To provide to department on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
