About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

1. In the list of types and categories of wheel vehicles (chassis) and trail cars to them concerning which utilization collection, and also the amount of utilization collection, No. 1291 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2013 "About utilization collection concerning wheel vehicles (chassis) and trail cars to them and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, is paid to No. 2, Art. 115; 2016, No. 7, Art. 991; 2019, No. 48, Art. 6829; 2020, No. 47, Art. 7560):

a) in the Section II:

state Item 13 in the following edition:
