No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 437/2018 about the organization and functioning of National penitentiary administration (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 156, the Art. 472),

with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

a) in the subitem 1) to replace the text of "189 units" with the text of "171 units";

b) in the subitem 2) to replace figures "2610" with figures "2624";

c) in the subitem 3) to replace the text of "141 units" with the text of "145 units";

Item 11 to add 2) in appendix No. 1 with subitem 44-1) of the following content:

"44-1) to delegate obligations on physical protection of premises of organizations of system of penitentiary administration to competent state organizations / companies";
