1. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 91/2017 about approval of the Regulations on issue of the town-planning certificate for designing and permission to construction/demolition for socially useful works of national value (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 155), with subsequent changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
