ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About recognition voided the Orders of the Government No. 91/2017 about approval of the Regulations on issue of the town-planning certificate for designing and permission to construction/demolition for socially useful works of national value

In pursuance of provisions of Item 11 of article VI and Item b) parts (2) articles VIII of the Law No. 3/2020 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 55-61, 37), and also the second paragraph of article III and part (2) articles V of the Law No. 181/2022 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 221-229, 430) DECIDES: the Government

1. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 91/2017 about approval of the Regulations on issue of the town-planning certificate for designing and permission to construction/demolition for socially useful works of national value (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 155), with subsequent changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
