About modification of article 129 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning refining of powers of the Congress of judges of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. The second article 129 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, of Art. 545 with subsequent changes) to add part with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1) designates person in structure of the consultative group of experts according to the Law of Ukraine "About the Constitutional Court of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for selection of candidates for judgeship of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on competitive basis".
