The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, of Art. 545 with subsequent changes) to state Item 3-1 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"3-1. Before entry into force by the law of Ukraine concerning change of system of local courts in the territory of Ukraine in connection with creation (liquidation) of areas the relevant local courts continue to perform the powers within the territorial jurisdiction determined before entry into force of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "About creation and liquidation of areas" of July 17, 2020 No. 807-IX, but not longer than one year from the date of the termination or cancellation of martial law in the territory of Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of the warlike situation in Ukraine" approved by the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
