1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine About administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

To add 1) with Article 173-5 of the following content:

"Article 173-5. Mobbing (persecution) of the worker

Making of mobbing (persecution) of the worker -

involves imposing of penalty on citizens from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens or social jobs for a period of twenty till thirty o'clock and imposing of penalty on physical persons - entrepreneurs who use wage labor, to officials - from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens or social jobs for a period of thirty till forty o'clock.

The act provided by part one of this Article, made by group of persons or person who within year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same violation -

involves imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens or social jobs for a period of thirty till fifty o'clock and imposing of penalty on physical persons - entrepreneurs who use wage labor, to officials - from two hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens or social jobs for a period of forty till sixty o'clock";

Article 221 after figures "173-4" to add 2) with figures "173-5";
