About modification of Item 18 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" concerning provision by the serviceman of leaves during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, of Art. 190 with subsequent changes) to state Item 18 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"18. During the special period during action of warlike situation by the serviceman the part of annual main leave, and also family leave and to other reasonable excuses with preserving cash cover can be granted. Each of the specified leaves can be provided lasting no more than 10 calendar days without time management necessary for journey within Ukraine to the venue of leave and back, but no more than two days one way. Part of annual main leave can be provided once within calendar year on condition of simultaneous absence no more than 30 percent of total number of the military personnel of certain category of the relevant division".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
