1. Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 6, 2022 No. 173 "About non-use of Rates for depositary services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, and also on services in accounting and the circulation of deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" to state in the following edition:
"1. The rates determined in table 1 of the Section I in lines 11-14 of table 4 of the Section IV of Rates for depositary services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, and also on services in accounting and the circulation of the deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 790/8111 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 7, 2019 No. 48) (with changes), till April 23, 2023 are not applied.".
