About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in efficiency of subjects of public sector of economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Chapter 2 of the Section I of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Article 24-1 of the following content:

"Article 24-1. Sale, employment (lease) of objects of the state-owned and utility property

Sale, employment (lease) of objects of the state-owned and utility property is performed on competitive basis by holding electronic auctions (the public biddings) in two-level electronic trading system taking into account the features determined by the laws. For the purposes of of this Code the term "electronic trading system" is used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property".

Functioning and development of the electronic trading system (ETS) are provided at the expense of payment on development of UTS that constitutes 30 percent of the amount of the maximum remuneration of the operator of an electronic trading platform of payment for participation) if other is not established by the legislation".
