To exclude 1) in preamble of the word "constantly or temporarily living (staying) in the territory of the Russian Federation";

2) in Article 6:

a) in Item 1:

in paragraph one of the word "on each foreign citizen and each stateless person, constantly or temporarily living (staying) in the territory of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "on the foreign citizen and the stateless person";

to add the subitem 2 after words of "municipal services" with words ", from federal state information systems";
