Article 1

Bring in part 1 of article 31 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 442-FZ "About bases of social servicing of citizens in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, of the Art. 7007) of change, having added with its Items 3 - 8 following contents:

"3) to disabled people of the Great Patriotic War;

4) to participants of the Great Patriotic War;

5) to disabled people of fighting;

7) to persons awarded with the sign "The Resident of the Besieged Sevastopol";

8) to persons working in the period of the Great Patriotic War at objects of air defense, local air defense, at construction of defensive works, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within rear borders of the operating fronts, operational zones of the operating fleet on front sites iron and highways, to the members of crews of vessel of the transport fleet interned at the beginning of the Great Patriotic War in ports of other states.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
