ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 9, 2014 No. 276 "About approval of Rules of training of employees of the organizations and the populations to measures of fire safety and the requirement to contents of training programs for training in measures of fire safety"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 9, 2014 No. 276 "About approval of Rules of training of employees of the organizations and the populations to measures of fire safety and the requirement to contents of training programs for training in measures of fire safety" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9510) the following change:

in Rules of training of employees of the organizations and the populations to measures of fire safety and the requirement to contents of the training programs for training in measures of fire safety approved by the specified order:

5) of Item 28 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"5) workers, objects with mass stay of people, responsible for ensuring fire safety, including on certain sites of works, except for specialists of non-state fire services.".

2. To provide to committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
