1. Leave the Safeguards agreement of the rights of citizens of the states - participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of the provision of pensions concluded on March 13, 1992 in Moscow.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to report to depositary about exit from the agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
