Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 8, 2003 No. 164-FZ "About bases of state regulation of foreign trade activity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 50, Art. 4850; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6594; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6166; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8592; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5320) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 2 to add 1) with Item 16.1 of the following content:

"16. 1) non-oil not energy export - export of non-oil not energy goods which list of codes affirms the Government of the Russian Federation according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union;";

Part 2 of Article 13 to add 2) with Item 13.2 of the following content:

"13. 2) is approved by the list of commodity codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning which non-oil not energy export is performed;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after forty five days after day of its official publication.
