Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2013 No. 353-FZ "About consumer loan (loan)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 51, Art. 6673; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4230; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7549; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8480; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5157, 5171; 2022, No. 1, Art. 13; No. 11, Art. 1596) following changes:
1) in Article 5:
a) regarding 23 words "1 percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 0,8";
b) regarding 24 words of "the polutorakratny size" shall be replaced with words "130 percent from";
2) in part 11 of Article 6 of the word "365 percent" shall be replaced with words "292 percent";
3) in Item 1 of Article 6.2 of the word "30 percent" shall be replaced with words "15 percent".
This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
