Bring in the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 280-FZ "About organic products and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5073) the following changes:

"9) surname, name, middle name (in the presence), identification taxpayer number of physical person - producer of organic products (for the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs);

10) the complete and reduced (in the presence) name, trade name, analog of identification taxpayer number according to the legislation of foreign state (in the presence) (for legal entities - the producers of organic products created according to the legislation of foreign states and taking the location outside the territory of the Russian Federation);

11) surname, name, middle name (in the presence), analog of identification taxpayer number according to the legislation of foreign state (in the presence) (for foreign citizens - physical persons - producers of organic products, not being citizens of the Russian Federation and having the evidence of availability of nationality (citizenship) of foreign state, for stateless persons - the physical persons who are not citizens of the Russian Federation and not having the evidence of availability of nationality (citizenship) of foreign state).".
