Article 1

Part one of Article 63 to add 1) with the Item "with" of the following content:

"c) crime execution for the purpose of promotion, justifications and supports of diversion.";

To add 2) with Articles 281. 1, 281.2 and 281.3 following of content:

"Article 281.1. Assistance of diversionary activities

1. Inducement, recruitment or other involvement of person in making at least of one of crimes, stipulated in Article 281 of this Code, arms or training of person for the purpose of making of the specified crimes, and is equal diversion financing -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of eight up to fifteen years with penalty at the rate from three hundred thousand to seven hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from two to four years or without that or lifelong imprisonment.

2. The acts provided by part one of this Article, which are commited by person with use of the official position -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to twenty years with penalty at the rate from five hundred thousand to one million rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from three to five years or without that or lifelong imprisonment.

3. Complicity in making at least one of crimes, stipulated in Article 281 of this Code, -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to twenty years.
