"The member of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 5 of Article 1 of the word "senator of the Russian Federation", shall be replaced with words words of "legislative (representative) public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation" "legislature of the subject of the Russian Federation";
2) in Article 2:
a) to add Item 1 after words of "foreign subjects of business activity" with words "(including members of governing bodies of the commercial organization in connection with implementation of powers by them on management of such organization)";
b) to add Item 2 after words of "subjects of business activity" with words "(including members of governing bodies of the commercial organization in connection with implementation of powers by them on management of such organization)";
