About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service" and of August 27, 2019 No. 141 "About some questions of the Presidential youth personnel reserve"

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service":

Preamble to state 1) in the following edition:

"For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:";

2) in Rules and terms of evaluating activities of the government employees approved by the above-named Decree:

"1. These rules and terms of evaluating activities of government employees (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 1 of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure and terms of evaluating activities of government employees.";

state Item 26 in the following edition:

"26. Assessment of activities of administrative government employees of the case "B" (further – the serving cases "B") is carried out by results of their activities on specific position to the terms determined by the standard technique approved by authorized body for public service.

Assessment of the serving case "B" is not carried out in cases if stay term on specific position in the estimated period constitutes less than three months.";

state Item 30 in the following edition:

"30. Assessment of activities of the serving case "B" is carried out by persons determined by the standard technique approved by authorized body for public service.";
