With accounting of need of urgent and effective response to the existing threats to national interests of the Republic of Belarus for the mode of special rationing measures,

being guided by the fundamental principles of international law, including the principle of non-interference to internal affairs of foreign state assuming the right of any state independently to determine political, economic, social and cultural system,

this Law is aimed at providing homeland security of the Republic of Belarus, its economic stability, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Belarusian legal and (or) physical persons, interests of society and state.

Article 1. The main terms used in this Law and their determinations

In this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:

affiliates are legal and (or) physical persons, directly and (or) indirectly (through other legal and (or) physical persons) the foreign states making the unfriendly actions, and also the legal and (or) physical persons depending on solutions of faces from such states and included in the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus which determined the decision on making of unfriendly actions or exerted impact on adoption of such decision;

withdrawal of objects of the property right - forced withdrawal of objects of the property right based on social necessity for benefit of the Republic of Belarus on the basis and according to the procedure, established by this Law;
