About some questions of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename republican public institution "Department of ecology on the city Nur-Sultan Komiteta of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into republican public institution "Department of ecology on the city of Astana of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 540-1) and 540-2) of the following content:

"540-1) sends to authorized body the conclusion about feasibility or inexpediency of acceptance of actions of investing program of the subject of natural monopoly no later than thirty working days from the date of submission of the statement on approval of investing program;
