in the field of education - provision of places in children's preschool educational institutions and rendering services in receipt of appropriate level of education in organizations of general and professional education;

in the field of health care - rendering out-patient and polyclinic medical care, stationary medical care, emergency medical service, and also medical care in case of diseases of social nature;
