1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of social resettlement of persons injured with act of terrorism, and also persons participating in fight against terrorism.

Determine that on application of the Rules approved by this resolution concerning persons injured with act of terrorism, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and concerning social resettlement of persons participating in fight against terrorism, the corresponding federal executive bodies fighting terrorism gives explanations.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2001 of N90 "About Procedure of Social Resettlement of Persons Injured with Act of Terrorism" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 7, the Art. 658).

4. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2007.
