Article 1

Bring in article 45 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of November 17, 1995 No. 168-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 366; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 47, Art. 4472; 1999, No. 7, Art. 878; 2002, No. 40, Art. 3853; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4787; 2018, No. 17, Art. 2433; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7670) following changes:

1) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "Bodies of National Insurance" shall be replaced with words "Insurance organizations";

To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:

"5.1. The size of the monthly monetary compensation paid according to paragraphs to the fifth and sixth Item 5 of this Article is subject to recalculation taking into account increase (increase) in official pay rates of prosecutors made according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
