I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2022 No. 467 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the acting minister of work and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2017 No. 232 "About approval of Rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, and Rules of exchange of information between information systems of the central executive body and single accumulation pension fund about movements according to individual retirement accounts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 30671) the following change:

"4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.".
