About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2016 No. 568 "About approval of Rules of development, approval and state registration of regulatory legal acts":

in Rules of development, approval and state registration of the regulatory legal acts approved by the specified resolution:

to state part one of Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The developed project of regulatory legal act is placed on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts for public discussion.";

state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. In cases when it is necessary to explain the purposes, the bases of acceptance of regulatory legal act and the main objectives which face it, the statement of rules of law is preceded by introductory part (preamble).

In introductory part (preamble) of regulatory legal act references to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in which implementation this act is adopted can be given.

Introductory part (preamble) is not stated in projects of regulatory legal acts about modification and (or) amendments in regulatory legal acts.";

"43. Approval of the project of regulatory legal act of the interested state bodies and the organizations is performed owing to their competence, at the same time such interest in approval of the project of regulatory legal act is established proceeding from subject of the questions considered in it, and also taking into account requirements of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
