"8(1). Calculations between the Russian supplier and the foreign buyer in case of collection by the Russian supplier of debt from the foreign buyer or repayment of debt to the Russian supplier on the delivery contract of natural gas according to which delivery is performed in full in accordance with the terms of such contract by it or is stopped based on the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this Decree, can be made in the foreign currency specified in such contract with use of the special account of the Russian supplier opened by authorized bank based on the statement of the Russian supplier (further - the special account of the Russian supplier). The special account of the Russian supplier is opened in the foreign currency specified in the delivery contract of natural gas.

8(2). When implementing calculations, stipulated in Item 8(1) these Decrees, with use of the special account of the Russian supplier the debt of the foreign buyer on the delivery contract of natural gas is considered the Russian supplier of the means which arrived from the foreign buyer, from the face, who provided ensuring obligation fulfillment of the foreign buyer under such contract extinguished in the corresponding part from the moment of transfer into the special account (including according to the guarantee agreement and (or) the provided guarantee), from the face to which the foreign buyer assigns execution of its obligations under such contract, from the authorized persons of foreign states performing recovery by enforcement of debt and (or) from the face, the fulfilling agreement obligation to eskro (escrow accounts) or the letter of credit.
