About introduction of amendments to the Law on the consular fees No. 242/2010
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the consular fees No. 242/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 231-234, 732), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 8 to add 1) with Item z) the following content:
"z) in case of registration of document package on receipt of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova to persons under the age of of 18 years.".
2. State appendix 2 in the following edition:
Appendix No. 2 (31Kb In original language)
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
(2) to the Government in 30-day time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the acts into accord with its provisions and to take necessary measures for its execution.
