About modification of article 11 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item b) parts (2) article 11 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (1995, 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"b) the lump-sum allowance in the amount of 120 thousand lei for doctors and druggists and 96 thousand lei for medical and pharmaceutical personnel with postaverage vocational training paid in complete size after six months of work;".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to Persons who before entry into force of this law received parts of the benefit which is earlier established according to Item b) parts (2) article 11 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995, the residual amount is paid one-timely.
(3) to the Government in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
