According to provisions of Item 3.4 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 37/2022 and Item 5 of the Order of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova No. 44/2022, of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Articles 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:

1. Appendix No. 12 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to add with the following text:

The quota applied to liquid fuel to the imported SC "Crist-valg" S.R.L to A.O. "Termoelectrica", based on the purchase and sale agreements confirmed to them, within amount of the established quota

PACTRS

The quota applied to liquid fuel to the imported IM "Transterminal-S" S.R.L to A.O. "Termoelectrica", based on the purchase and sale agreements confirmed to them, within amount of the established quota
