1. Establish:

a) from January 1 to May 31, 2023 inclusive quantitative restriction on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, mineral fertilizers (further - fertilizers) of 11838817 tons, from them:

from January 1 to March 31, 2023 inclusive - by codes of the CN FEA EEU 3102 30 100 0 and 3102 30 900 0 of 225000 tons;

from April 1 to May 31, 2023 inclusive - by codes of the CN FEA EEU 3102 30 100 0 and 3102 30 900 0 of 828519 tons;

b) from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 26, 2023 No. 91 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2022 No. 2353":

till March 31, 2023 inclusive - additional quantitative restriction on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, fertilizers by codes of the CN FEA EEU 3102 30 100 0 and 3102 30 900 0 of 375000 tons;

till May 31, 2023 inclusive - additional quantitative restriction on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, fertilizers by code of the CN FEA EEU 3105 59 000 0 of 102000 tons;
