About modification of some regulations (reproductive health)

This law shifts in the national legal system of concept (a) and (j) of Article 2 and part B and F of appendix I to the Directive 2006/86/EC of the Commission of October 24, 2006 implementing the Directive 2004/23/EC of the European parliament and Council concerning requirements of traceability, notifications on serious collateral reactions and events, and also rather certain technical requirements for coding, processing, preserving, storage and distribution of fabrics and cells of the person (the text concerns EEP), with the last changes made by the Directive (EU) 2015/565 Commissions of April 8, 2015.
Art. I. - Part (2) article 33 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (1995, 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"(2) Medical services in reproductive health of the person can be provided by the public and/or private suppliers of medical services accredited and authorized according to the legislation.".
Art. II. - In the Law on organ transplantation, fabrics and cells of the person No. 42/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 81, of the Art. 273), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Regulation subject
This law establishes the legal base of regulation of transplantation of all bodies, fabrics and cells of the person, including the gematopoetichesky cages withdrawn from umbilical cord, marrow and peripheral blood, reproductive fabrics and cages, embryonal and fetalis fabrics and cages (including embryonal gematopoetichesky cages), except the bodies, fabrics and cages withdrawn from animals from blood and its components.".
2. In all text of Article 6 of the word "National Agency of Public Health" to replace with the word "Agency" in the corresponding case.
