About rates of payment for use of the water objects which are in federal property

According to article 20 of the Water code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of payment for use of the water objects which are in federal property.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007.

I. Rates of payment for fence (withdrawal) of water resources from superficial water objects or their separate parts (except for the seas) within amount of the admissible fence (withdrawal) of water resources which is put up by the agreement of water use
