About introduction of amendments to articles 239 and 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 25, Art. 2954; 2012, No. 30, Art. 4172; 2021, No. 1, Art. 64) following changes:

1) in Article 239:

a) to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"are punished by forced labor for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for a period of up to seven years.";

b) in part two:

word in paragraph one shall be replaced with words "the foreign agent performing functions" "acting as the foreign agent";

state paragraph two in the following edition:

c) to state paragraph two of part three in the following edition:

"are punished by penalty at the rate to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period up to eighteen months, or obligatory works for a period of up to four hundred hours, or corrective works for a period of up to two years, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to three years, or forced labor for a period of up to four years, or imprisonment for the same term.";

Article 330.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 330.1. Evasion from fulfillment of duties, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation about foreign agents
