Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2002 the following changes:
1. To state paragraph two of part one of subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of Article 118 in the following edition:
"the cultural values included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied, provided by the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further in this Chapter - cultural values);".
2. 284, of paragraph one of Item 79 and paragraph one of Item 80 of appendix to exclude 22 words of Ministry of Culture from subitem 1.42 of Item 1 of Article.
3. To add subitem 10.30 of Item 10 of Article 285 with subitem 10.30.3 of the following content:
"10.30.3. the organizer of cultural and spectacular action under the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action for own needs (for the workers concerning the public, professional or other holiday) with participation of foreign contractors or foreign and Belarusian contractors without profit earning (income);".
4. To add Item 2 of Article 292 with subitem 2.7-1 of the following content:
"2.7-1. the certificate on the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for which issue the state fee, by acknowledged structural division of local executive and administrative organ of regional territorial level performing state powers of authority in the field of culture invalid is paid;".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 2004 No. 300-Z "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
