For the purpose of suppression of illegal activities for the organization and carrying out underground (illegal) gamblings, including with use of gaming machines, elimination of the conditions promoting involvement in them of school students, teenagers and minors, toughenings of responsibility of organizers and participants of illegal gamblings, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Prohibit the organization and carrying out in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of underground (illegal) gamblings, including with use of gaming machines, and also activities of totalizators, bookmaker offices without licenses granted in the procedure established by the law.

2. Determine that since January 1, 2023 gamblings with use of gaming machines can be held only in premises of the casino opened in the procedure established by the law. Installation of gaming machines in shopping centers, computer clubs and other rooms, and also out of rooms is forbidden.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- strengthen work on the termination and non-admission of the organization and carrying out in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of illegal gamblings, including with use of gaming machines;

- provide efficient control of non-admission and suppression of content of brothels for carrying out underground (illegal) gamblings, and also the termination of illegal activities of organizers of such games;

- take measures for the termination and non-admission of activities of illegal slot machine halls, installation of gaming machines in computer clubs, shopping centers and other rooms, except for casino, and also out of rooms.
