1.1. At the end of Articles 18.58.1. 18.58.2.3 and 18.58.3.3 point to replace 3, with semicolon and to add with Articles 18.58.1. 4, 18.58.1. 5, 18.58.2. 4, 18.58.2. 5, 18.58.3.4 and 18.58.3.5 following contents:

"18.58.1.4. till 1 year 6 months - 1600 manat;

18.58.1.5. up to 2 years - 1800 manat.";

"18.58.2.4. till 1 year 6 months - 1400 manat;

18.58.2.5. up to 2 years - 1600 manat.";

"18.58.3.4. till 1 year 6 months - 1200 manat;

18.58.3.5. up to 2 years - 1400 manat.";

1.2. Add with Article 18.58-1 of the following content:

"18.58-1. The terms provided by Articles 18.58. 1, 18.58.2 and 18.58.3 presents of the Law, are applied to foreigners and stateless persons on occupation by paid labor activity in the exempted territories of the Azerbaijan Republic for a period of 5 (five) years since January 1, 2023 with reducing five working days to issue and prolongation of work permits.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
