1) the statement for entering of data on non-profit organization into the state register of self-regulatory organizations of the auditing unions of agricultural cooperatives with indication of the name of non-profit organization, identification taxpayer number and (or) the primary state registration number of non-profit organization, the address of the official site, the e-mail address with appendix of the list of members of non-profit organization certified by non-profit organization with indication of their locations and postal addresses, identification taxpayer number and (or) the primary state registration number of each of members of non-profit organization - legal entities, provided on paper or directed in electronic form, signed by non-profit organization with use of the strengthened qualified digital signature;

2) the statement from personal account confirming placement on the account of non-profit organization of means of the compensation fund provided by the subitem 4 of item 4 of this Article;

3) rules of implementation by the auditing unions of audits and rendering the services accompanying them;
