Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. Acceptance by federal executive body, executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body of the decision on reconstruction, upgrade, about change of appointment or about liquidation of the object of social infrastructure for children which is the state-owned or municipal property or about reorganization or liquidation of the state or municipal organization forming social infrastructure for children is allowed based on the positive conclusion of the commission on assessment of effects of such decision for ensuring life activity, education, development, rest and improvement of children, rendering medical care, prevention of diseases to them at children, their social protection and social servicing.
Change of appointment or liquidation of the object of social infrastructure for children which is the state-owned or municipal property is allowed in the cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Reorganization of the state organizations, the municipal organizations forming social infrastructure for children is allowed in the cases established by the civil legislation without change of purpose of the objects of social infrastructure for children which are the state-owned or municipal property and entering into property complexes of such organizations including which are again formed if other is not established by this Federal Law.
