About increase in cash allowance of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Raise since January 1, 2007 in time 1,1:
the sizes of salaries on military positions and salaries on military ranks of the military personnel passing military service under the contract;
the sizes of salaries on military positions of the military personnel undergoing military service;
the sizes of salaries on established posts and salaries on special ranks of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, customs authorities of the Russian Federation and faces of the commanding structure of federal courier communication (further - employees).
2. Determine that in case of increase in salaries of monetary pay of the military personnel and employees their sizes are subject to rounding to the whole ruble towards increase.
3. The expenses connected with payment of cash allowance to the military personnel and employees according to this resolution are made within the means of the federal budget provided on these purposes to the corresponding federal executive bodies, and employees whose content is performed at the expense of means of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and local budgets - at the expense of means of the relevant budgets and subventions allocated to subjects of the Russian Federation for these purposes from Federal fund of compensations.
