About modification of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About military kapellansky service"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About military kapellansky service" of November 30, 2021 shall be replaced with words No. 1915-IX of the word "in training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, State Border Service of Ukraine" "in the highest military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine and military educational units of institutions of higher education".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
