About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning certification of the operator of gas storages and prolongation of measures for non-admission of bankruptcy of the state joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Item 1-1 of the Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings (Data of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019 No. 19, Art. 74; 2020, 17, the Art. 104) figures "2022" to replace No. with figures "2025".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 27, Art. 234 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1 part one:

add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1) schedule of filling of gas storages - the sequence of the target objectives of filling of gas storages which is developed by the central executive body providing forming and realization of state policy in oil and gas complex according to rules about safety of supply of natural gas and affirm it after consultations with the Secretariat of Energy Community";

in Item 36 of the word "systems, provided by this Law" shall be replaced with words "system or requirements about prevention of risk for safety of the supply of natural gas of the operator of gas storage provided by this Law";

add with Item 48 of the following content:

"48) the target objective of filling of gas storages - the obligatory level of filling of underground gas storages as of the corresponding date established percentage of general capacity of underground gas storages which is specified in graphics of filling of gas storages";

Part third of Article 4 to add 2) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) decision making about certification of operators of gas storages or refusal in certification";
