About modification of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 4, the Art. 392) the following changes:

Item 3 parts two of Article 54 to state 1) in the following edition:

Article 360-1. Remote work

Remote work is accomplishment of the labor function defined by the employment contract out of the employer's location on condition of use for accomplishment of this labor function and implementation of interaction between the employer and the worker on the questions connected with its accomplishment, information and telecommunication technologies.

Operation of the legislation on work and other regulatory legal acts taking into account the features established by this Chapter extends to the workers performing remote work.

Working conditions between the employer and the worker performing remote work are determined by the employment contract.

Article 360-2. Features of execution of an employment agreement with the worker performing remote work

Execution of an employment agreement with the worker performing remote work is allowed both in case of personal presence of the worker, and in the form of the electronic employment contract.
